Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is hiring a Junior Recruiter in Etters, PA to support talent acquisition and work closely with hiring managers and the HR team. This entry-level role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and recruiting analytics to build strong talent pipelines.

You'll assist with posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. The position offers growth within a global connector leader and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years professional experience in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, staffing, or HR.
• Experience sourcing, screening, or coordinating candidates.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Exposure to technical recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition strategy and processes.
• Assist full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and candidate qualifications.
• Post open positions on job boards, social networks, and referrals.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and outreach.
• Screen applications via phone or video and recommend top candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
• Build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support recruiting events and college outreach.
