Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate researchers for its Early Career Program in Texas, with opportunities across multiple R&D areas.

You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while gaining exposure to various business units and customer collaborations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM and graduation by Sept 2027, with US work eligibility and a safety-minded, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions and optimize processes aligning with business goals.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
• Contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals and broader business objectives.
