Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking PhD scientists and engineers for its Early Career Program across multiple North American locations including Pennsylvania. You will solve open-ended problems, drive value, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while developing broad technical skills.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a STEM discipline listed in qualifications.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Candidates should have no more than three years of relevant postdoc or full-time work experience.
• Preferred GPA minimum of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale).
