CGI Federal is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Early Career Programs Coordinator to join our U.S. Early Career Programs team. In this role, the Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support across the early career recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure accurate processes, timely execution, and an exceptional candidate experience.
The Coordinator plays a key role in recruiting operations, campus engagement, candidate experience initiatives, and programming support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, and values organization, relationship building, and high quality service delivery. It offers an exciting opportunity to join a high functioning team dedicated to helping students and early professionals launch their careers while contributing to a high touch, quality driven recruitment and onboarding process.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Professional, organized, eager to learn and grow in the early careers and talent acquisitions space. Knowledge and working experience within SharePoint would be wonderful.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $38,800.00 - $85,100.00.
