Job summary

One Medical in Seattle is seeking residents graduating in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care teams. You’ll practice in a tech-enabled, patient-centered setting with mentorship, a personalized learning plan, and ongoing access to primary care experts nationwide.

This full-time role offers onboarding, opportunities to supervise NP/PA colleagues, in-office and tele-health visits, and a compensation package with base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of ou r Seattle offices. D uring your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

The base salary range for this role is $196,400.00 - $309,300.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
