One Medical in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to manage a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and well visits both in office and via telehealth. You will participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to provide high-quality, human-centered primary care.

The role requires state licensure in Washington, national certification, and 2+ years in outpatient primary care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• Washington state license obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Seattle (Downtown), WA.

Compensation and Benefits

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $146,100 to $155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
