Job summary

One Medical in Chicago is hiring graduating residents for full-time family medicine or internal medicine positions. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care, with both in-office and telehealth visits.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams while advancing your clinical training and leadership skills in a tech-enabled care environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Illinois, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam State licensed in Illinois, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our Chicago offices. Dur ing your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $167,900.00 - $264,500.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
