Job summary

One Medical is seeking residents or recently finished fellows for full‑time roles in its Boston offices. You will manage a diverse patient panel, see patients in‑person or via telehealth, and participate in ongoing rounds and team huddles to deliver high‑quality, human-centered primary care.

Applicants must be completing or completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency in 2026/2027, be board-eligible, and hold MA licensure before start.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a residency within the last calendar year.
• Massachusetts state medical license before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams

• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures

• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program

• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam

• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full‑time role based in one of our Boston offices. During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $283,500 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
