Invesco invites you to join a 9-week Summer Internship Program in Atlanta, focusing on Legal, Compliance, Audit & Risk (LCAR). You will work with seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and receive one-on-one mentorship as you learn the inner workings of a global asset manager.

Top performers may receive a full-time offer through the Early Career Program after graduation. Expect orientation, networking, and development workshops throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a Junior graduating by summer of 2028.
• All majors welcome with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta Invesco office where the program is available.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.

• Assisting with legal research, regulatory assessments, and compliance monitoring activities.

• Contributing to automation and digital transformation initiatives within compliance and audit functions.

Your Role

LCAR plays a key role in supporting Invesco’s strategic and operational goals. As an Early Career LCAR Intern, you will support critical functions that protect and guide the firm, assisting with initiatives such as legal research, regulatory assessments, compliance monitoring and internal audits. Through project work and collaboration, you’ll gain valuable experience in governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks within a global financial services organization.

What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a Junior graduating by summer of 2028

• A demonstrated interest in legal, compliance, audit, or risk management
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta Invesco office where the program is available
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
• Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.
