Lockheed Martin is seeking an Early Career Integration & Test Engineer to perform unit level testing, integration testing, and system-level validation of computing hardware and real-time embedded software. The role includes developing test software, procedures, and tests, in collaboration with domain experts and military documentation.

First shift is typical, with occasional other shifts and travel to various sites and customer locations as required by the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Coursework or previous work experience with one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, JIRA, MATLAB, MATLAB Simulink, FPGA/CPLD programming, introductory HDL (VHDL/Verilog), FPGA/CPLD development kits, microcontroller architecture, hardware/software prototyping.
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform unit-level test, element integration and test, and support system level testing of COTS or custom computing hardware and real-time embedded firmware/software applications; develop test software requirements, procedures, code and execute the tests.
• Work with domain experts and military documentation to develop test software requirements and procedures

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering
