Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in the United States is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer (Systems Integration & Test). The role covers technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and cost and risk analyses for total systems with a focus on mission systems and formal technical writing.

The position requires flexibility to work extra hours, some weekend hours, and US citizenship with a government security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
Basic knowledge of the integration and test process including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of Avionics Systems.

Responsibilities

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
