Learn the workflows of insurance customer service, route policy documents, and develop carrier knowledge to support policy changes, renewals, and certificates. College degree or equivalent experience required; on-site office and professional development opportunities available.

• Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance.
• Obtain loss history and issue insurance certificates.
• Participate in professional development trainings.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and energy to complete assignments via computer work.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and procedural compliance.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with discipline to stay on task.

Preferred (but not required)

• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Current or 90‑day Florida 4‑40 license and/or 2‑20 license.
