WDP is seeking an Early Career Engineer/Designer to join a team of consultants in Charlottesville, VA. You will gain diverse experience across the project life cycle—from investigation to design to construction administration—while receiving mentorship from industry leaders.

Responsibilities include structural failure investigations, enclosure evaluations, historic preservation, façade/roofing rehabilitation, and forensic engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Science, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
