Job summary

WDP & Associates seeks an Early Career Engineer/Designer to join a dynamic team of consultants. You’ll work on investigations, design, and construction administration for new and existing structures, with mentorship from industry leaders and opportunities to advance your career.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across project life cycles, from investigation to design to construction administration, in a collaborative environment that values initiative and dedication to the built environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Science, Structural Engineering, or related field
• 0 to 4 years of related experience
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Desire to engage in hands-on field investigations
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
