Our client is looking for a junior-level Software developer to be a part of their rising talent program across it's enterprise. This developer will be working through an eleven-week immersive program that begins with a remote bootcamp class, that rolls into an on-the-job hybrid training period and finally working on-site as an individual contributor and a conversion to a permanent employee of our client . The program prepares early-career professionals for enterprise ETL (Data Analytics) development roles focused on data integration, batch processing, and production support across large-scale systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL. Note - If you get awarded an offer into the program you WILL be converted upon completion of the training program.

Workplace Type

This position will begin fully remote for 8 weeks, then move to a hybrid schedule and finally upon conversion to a permanent employee the role will move into a fully on-site position. This is a fully onsite position in Birmingham,AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
