We are seeking an early career structural engineer interested in existing buildings to join our team. In this role, you willassistwith evaluating structural systems,observingfield conditions, and supporting investigations and testing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, is curious about how buildings perform over time, and wants to develop practical engineeringjudgment by working directly withexisting structural systems and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistwithinvestigations, condition assessments, and construction observations of buildings and structural components.
  • Conduct field testing using various tools and methods, including nondestructive testing techniques.
  • Assistwith preparation of client deliverables, including engineering reports, construction documents, drawings, details, and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of structural repair, retrofit, or stabilization recommendations under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Interface with internal and external project teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project execution.
  • Participate in site visits and construction-phase services to monitor progress and document compliance with design requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to expand your knowledge of building systems, structural behavior, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to support multiple ongoing projects with varying scopes and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineeringor related field.
  • Two (2) plusyears of similar experience (including internships and co-op positions).
