Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque seeks an early-career Data Analyst to join the ND Data Analytics Team. You will develop and maintain tools for verification, plotting, and qualification outputs across current and emerging programs.

Candidates should have a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM background, experience with MATLAB, Python, and GitLab, and be able to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of directly relevant education and engineering or scientific experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform independent research and development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Verify requirements and identify trends using data analytics.
• Develop tools to verify, plot, and qualify outputs for programs.
• Collaborate in an agile environment using GitLab and MATLAB code updates.
• Run, maintain, or improve existing MATLAB code per request.
• Collaborate with engineers on emerging systems and testing.
