Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an ASIC Engineer to contribute to logic design, verification, and post-silicon validation across cross-disciplinary teams. You will collaborate with physical design groups to optimize performance and area while aligning with end-user requirements and SoC architecture.

Candidates should have RF measurement experience, strong C/C++ and SystemVerilog skills, and a background in hardware design and validation. Some roles may involve travel as projects scale globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Communications Engineering or experience with RF measurement equipment.
• Experience in C/C++ and SystemVerilog coding.
• Experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Participate in logic design, verification and post-silicon validation as part of Amazon custom silicon solutions.
• Work with physical design teams to achieve performance and area requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of end customer requirements, including software applications, use models, system architecture and SoC architecture/micro-architecture.
• Develop and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.
