Job summary

Voyant Photonics in NYC is seeking an early-career Electrical Engineer to contribute to the analog and mixed-signal electronics behind our LiDAR modules. You’ll work closely with senior engineers on schematic design, lab bring-up, and validation from day one.

You will gain hands-on experience with GHz oscilloscopes, VNAs, and precision lab equipment while collaborating with system architects, mechanical engineers, and firmware teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with lab measurement and testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support analog and mixed-signal circuit design under senior engineers.
• Assist schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout coordination.
• Conduct bring‑up, characterization, and validation testing per test plans.
• Perform signal integrity and EMI checks with review.
• Use GHz oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers for measurements.
