What You’ll Do

As a Morning Shift Leader, you’ll:

• Lead and support Team Members during daily operations
• Help create a positive, encouraging team environment
• Set the tone and expectations for the shift
• Train, coach, and develop new and existing Team Members
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
• Help maintain high standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Lead shifts and serve as a key holder when assigned
• Assist with opening responsibilities
• Count drawers and complete applicable cash‑management responsibilities
• Address Team Member performance and behavioral concerns appropriately
• Communicate clearly with Team Members and restaurant leadership
