Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo DTO in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Daytime Shift Leader to help run restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

This role offers $21.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for leadership development, scholarship support, and paid training; Sundays are closed to support work-life balance and personal time.

• Lead Team Members during high-volume restaurant operations
• Set goals and expectations for your shift
• Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members
• Assist with training new hires
• Respond quickly and respectfully to guest needs
• Help maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Lead shifts and serve as a key holder when assigned
• Support cash-management and drawer responsibilities
• Help address Team Member performance and behavioral concerns
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and restaurant leadership
• Step in wherever needed to help the team succeed
