Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Baker to start as early as 3AM. You will stock the bagel wall and pastry case, assist with order taking and sandwich making, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment to deliver a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, consistent quality, and aligning with the brand’s commitment to work-life balance by ending shifts by 2PM at the latest in our stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check per local, state and federal laws.
• Current, valid driver's license (preferred at some locations).

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
