Einstein Bros Bagels is hiring a Baker in Grand Prairie, TX. Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) and help stock the bagel wall and pastry case, ensuring quality products for each shift. You will work as part of a team to provide friendly guest service, assist with orders, and keep the store clean and safe.

The role emphasizes teamwork, early hours, and opportunities to grow within the brand while upholding our standards for great bagels and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license is preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and support team objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
