Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an EAP Counselor to provide workplace and career counseling, emotional and mental health support, and wellness guidance. This role emphasizes applying advanced counseling skills and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions.

The position requires 3+ years of counseling experience, TS/SCI clearance, and an LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist certification. Mentorship and potential supervision of staff are possible.

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
