Job summary

IMPACT Solutions in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a part-time Employee Assistance Program Account Manager to provide consulting, training, and case management services.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a valid Ohio license. Responsibilities include promoting EAP awareness, documentation in the data management system, advising clients, and facilitating training sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related professional field.
• Must have Ohio counselor, social worker or comparable license/certification.
• Strong organizational and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis; experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate EAP awareness and utilization.
• Documentation of all services/consultations in data management system (EAPx).
• Advising and problem solving on employee and organizational issues.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and EAP presentations.
• Management referrals including formal management and fitness for duty.
• Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives.
