Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to join our growing team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In a 136-unit community, you will provide personal care, help residents with activities of daily living, assist with medication administration, and support a welcoming, respectful environment.

We help seniorsAge Magnificentlyin our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage is based on experience

CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.

Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.

Assistwith medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
