Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Battle Staff Section Instructor for Emergency Actions (EA) at Offutt AFB, NE. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and involves delivering EA training, developing lesson plans, and supporting FEMA-related operations within a mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• Prior NAOC Battle Staff experience or equivalent.
• Expertise in Emergency Actions procedures and national mission support operations.
• Understanding of NAOC CONOPS and nuclear C2 operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurring EA training and certification.
• Develop, update, and implement EA lesson plans, exams, and practical training.
• Support NPES scenario development for EA certification events.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
