The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Team Chief (TC) Training Specialist for NAOC to deliver initial and recurring Team Chief training and to provide cross-functional orientation for the Battle Staff. Active TS/SCI clearance is required, with preferred NAOC Battle Staff leadership experience.

• NAOC Battle Staff leadership experience preferred.

• Provide cross-functional orientation for all NAOC battle staff positions.
• Evaluate leadership and operational readiness.
• Assist with integrated training for full Battle Staff certification.
