Job summary

Sharp Decisions is seeking a leader to oversee the centralized E2E Testing Control Tower spanning Finance, Risk, and Compliance. You will own testing governance, dependency orchestration, and cross-program execution, providing lifecycle oversight from project intake to release execution.

The role standardizes testing practices, enforces SSSDLC-aligned documentation, and delivers KPI-driven executive insights.

Qualifications

• Lead centralized E2E Testing Control Tower across Finance, Risk, and Compliance functions.
• Govern testing governance, dependency orchestration, and cross-program execution.
• Drive standardization of testing practices and centralized artifact management.
• Define and sequence QA and UAT timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensure test coverage, regression readiness, and go-live preparedness.
• Provide KPI-driven reporting and executive-level insights.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and intake all candidate projects with scope, urgency, dependencies, and business impact.
• Govern centralized intake channel and maintain transparent backlog across initiatives.
• Identify and assign E2E Testing Managers and allocate QA resources across projects.
• Apply standardized prioritization criteria balancing demand against capacity.
• Coordinate sequencing of QA and UAT timelines; ensure regression cycles complete prior to UAT.
• Govern completeness of test coverage against business requirements; ensure testing strategies are followed.
• Monitor milestone adherence across QA, UAT, and go-live; flag delays or risks.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and inter-team handoffs for seamless execution.
• Coordinate test environment setup and shared environment usage across initiatives.
• Ensure timely provisioning of test data and data validation controls for audit readiness.
• Escalate critical issues and cross-project impacts to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain BRDs, FRDs, FSDs; drive adoption of templates in centralized repositories.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and inform go-live readiness decisions.
• Standardize testing status reporting and executive dashboards for visibility.
• Track adoption of test automation and use defect trends to drive improvements.
