Job summary

Pangea, a leading financial institution, is seeking an E-Trading Dev Lead to drive the development of high-performance electronic US Treasury/Rates trading systems. You will provide technical direction, mentor the team, and collaborate with traders and business analysts to deliver scalable, low-latency solutions.

This role requires deep Java expertise, experience with FIX, and familiarity with distributed systems and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java, including multi-threading and concurrency.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms, FIX protocol, and low-latency programming.
• Knowledge of fixed income markets, trading lifecycle, and market conventions.
• Familiarity with messaging protocols, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance electronic US Treasury/Rates trading systems.
