Job summary

CRC Group in the United States seeks an experienced underwriting professional to identify, solicit, and arrange appropriate insurance coverage via binding authority and brokerage markets. You will oversee underwriting for new and renewal business, maintain carrier relationships, and ensure compliance with CRC guidelines.

Responsibilities include underwriting decisions, market submissions, and ensuring timely provision of coverage, while upholding CRC standards and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation required.
• Three years of underwriting or brokerage experience in E&S or specialty insurance.
• Must be licensed in corresponding insurance areas.
• Ability to manage underwriting and brokerage processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage binding authority adherence per carrier guidelines and CRC policies.
• Submit information to brokerage markets for accounts outside binding authority markets.
• Make underwriting decisions and resolve difficult issues for retail agencies.
• Develop and maintain strong binding-authority and brokerage carrier relationships.
• Solicit, market, quote, bind and confirm new and existing business.
