Amwins is seeking qualified candidates for a Production Underwriter position within our nationwide E&S Binding Authority Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance division, Amwins Access.

Role Responsibilities:

• Successfully create and manage a profitable book of new and renewal business
• Prospect for new business by developing relationships with retail agents through traditional and creative marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with new insurance offerings and leverage them effectively
• Identify new markets and lines to write using trust-based sales techniques
• Mentor and train new team members

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of E&S binding authority experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the sales process and pipeline management
• Ability to travel as needed
• Licensed status preferred
