Job summary

Con Edison seeks a Section Manager for E-Mobility Light-Duty Program Operations to lead the light-duty EV charging program within its New York service territory. The role focuses on advocacy, development, and ongoing operations of charging infrastructure programs, with emphasis on customer needs and achieving program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with related energy or utilities experience.
• 8+ years' work experience with 3+ years in the energy/utilities sector.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for light-duty EV charging infrastructure programs.
• Develop and implement incentives and manage budgets to meet goals.
• Coordinate with customers, developers, automakers, regulators and stakeholders.
• Prepare data for regulatory submissions, quarterly reports and responses.
• Collaborate with E-Mobility teams and internal departments across the company.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce.
