Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Medical Coder specializing in E/M coding. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient with pro-fee office visit and preventive visit E/M leveling, including understanding the facility's leveling tools.
• Code common urgent care bedside procedures such as laceration repairs, burn care, casting/splinting, incision and drainage (I&D), etc.
• Be familiar with injection and vaccine administration coding.
• Resolve medical necessity and bundling edits.
