The County Federal Credit Union in Presque Isle is hiring a full-time E-Loan Officer. You will handle electronic loan applications, review requests, and determine approvals or denials based on underwriting policies and lending limits.

You will explain loan policies, evaluate loans for consumer, mortgage and home equity products, and strive to deliver prompt professional service while using Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience processing loan applications and underwriting advisable.

Responsabilités

• Handle intake of electronic loan applications and review requests.
• Make approval or denial decisions based on lending limits and underwriting policies.
• Explain loan policies to members and prospective members.
• Evaluate and approve loans including consumer, mortgage, and home equity.
• Operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to document and manage files.

The County Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full-time E-Loan Officer at the Presque Isle Mall!

The E-Loan Officer is responsible for the intake of electronic loan applications, reviewing loan requests and making appropriate approval or denial decisions based on lending limit and compliance with underwriting policies and procedures. Must have excellent organizational as well as oral and written communication skills. This position entails reviewing and processing applications for a variety of loans including consumer, mortgage and home equity. Responsibilities include explaining loan policies, evaluating and approving loans, and ensuring members and prospective members are always serviced prompt and professionally. Ability to operate various computer applications including Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
