Job summary

Fonoa is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Post-Sales Implementation team, focusing on e-invoicing and digital tax compliance projects for enterprise clients. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, and own the technical onboarding lifecycle from requirements gathering to Go-Live.

Qualifications

Experience with e-invoicing, digital tax, or indirect tax tech.
Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
Experience with B2B SaaS implementations and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with solutions engineers to scope implementations and design tailor-made solutions.
Capture client feedback with product and engineering teams to inform features and case studies.
Troubleshoot implementation issues including tax implications across systems.
Manage project timelines and go-live readiness to accelerate revenue realization.
Track post-sale metrics and ensure a successful launch with clients.
Design integrations using APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, and data mappings.
