Qualifications

5+ years of electrical or instrumentation troubleshooting in manufacturing.
Experience with PLCs, motor controls, control valves, electrical distribution, Servo systems and AC/DC motors 24–480 VDC.
Expertise reading electrical/mechanical schematics/blueprints.
Experience installing, calibrating, monitoring, programming HMI/DCS instrumentation.
Able to read and write code.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
Install, calibrate, monitor, and modify PLC, HMI, and DCS control instrumentation.
Read electrical diagrams and schematics; use testers for motors and drives.
Plan and schedule maintenance tasks; support EI&A projects for new/existing installs.
Mentor peers and maintain safety standards including NFPA 70 arc flash and OSHA rules.
