Job summary

Sylvamo is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Associate at the Eastover, SC mill to support journeyman EI staff and perform a range of maintenance duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Candidates with 1 year in electrical, instrumentation, or HVAC maintenance or related technical education are preferred. Competitive pay ($33.24–$35.52/hr) with opportunity to progress, comprehensive health and retirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or HVAC maintenance.
• One year vocational/technical education in Instrumentation-Electrical disciplines.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Willing to undergo drug screening and provide transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Electrical circuit troubleshooting & repair.
• Conduit & wire installation.
• Lighting repair and drive troubleshooting & repair.
• Instrumentation & control valve calibration and troubleshooting.
• HVAC work and general maintenance support.
