Compensation: $79,000–$131,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to lead an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) team in Greensboro, NC. This is a direct hire position and will be responsible for overseeing all electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring safe, reliable plant operations while supporting maintenance, engineering, and capital improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Electrical License/Certificate required
• Associate degree or Engineering degree 8 years of hand-on industrial maintenance electrical experience working in an Industrial plant environment; must have at 3+ years supervising technicians in an electrical industrial (plant) maintenance environment
• Must have an OSHA 30 or MASC (Mid Atlantic Safety Council)
• Must have Hand-on instrument calibration experience
• Must have Chemical Plant experience
• Must have Power Generation experience
