Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical craftsman.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent years of experience).
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E&I Technicians in troubleshooting E&I problems.
• Oversee industrial electrical plant maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Promote safety and drive a safety culture (MOSSIE).
• Coordinate maintenance to improve mill reliability and efficiency.
• Utilize PLC and DCS to review controls and troubleshoot failures.
