Job summary
Nebraskaagconnection is looking for an Electrical/Instrumentation Lead in Lincoln, NE. This role involves technical leadership and supervision of the site's instrumentation and electrical processes in a 24/7 soybean processing environment. You'll support operations, maintain equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, developing maintenance programs, and working collaboratively with various teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial instrumentation, electrical, controls, or automation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of the instrumentation and electrical team.
- Provide technical expertise for instrumentation, electrical systems, and automation equipment.
- Develop and maintain reliability strategies for electrical and instrumentation assets.
