Zusammenfassung

FMA Services is seeking six experienced E&I Construction Supervisors to support major industrial projects in Belgium. The role covers daily coordination, supervision of teams, safety, quality and schedule alignment across pharma and chemical/petrochemical sectors. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Electricity or Automation and have 5+ years in E&I supervision.

ATEX compliance and AREI safety knowledge are valued. Fluent Dutch and/or English are desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an E&I Construction Supervisor in industrial projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical/petrochemical sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of electrical installations, instrumentation, cabling, MCCs and field instrumentation.
• ATEX guidelines and explosion-safe installations knowledge
• AREI and industrial safety standards awareness
• Strong organizational and communication skills; safety-conscious and results-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Daily coordination and supervision of E&I construction activities.
• Lead execution teams and subcontractors.
• Safeguard safety, quality, planning and progress on site.
• Coordinate work with project planning and technical specs.
• Organize toolbox and site meetings; manage work permits and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, QA/QC and Commissioning.
• Identify and resolve technical or organizational bottlenecks.
• Report progress to Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Ensure correct execution within ATEX zones and safety regulations.
