Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. is seeking a Construction System Owner – E&I for a US Ohio facility build, on an initial 12-month contract in the life sciences sector. The role focuses on safe delivery, GMP compliance, and collaboration with E&I contractors.

The ideal candidate has extensive E&I construction experience, a relevant technical degree, and a background in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred.
• Extensive Electrical & Instrumentation construction experience.
• Experience supporting large capital projects.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, chemical, or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the project is delivered safely and in full compliance with client GMP requirements and standards established by GFD and HSE.
• Upholding the client values of Quality, Excellence, and Respect for People.
• Building relationship with E&I contractors and aligning on RFT expectations.
• Daily monitoring, witnessing, sampling and inspection of E&I contractor activities to assure quality and compliance of work completed.
