Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. is seeking a Construction Quality Lead for a 12-month contract in Ohio.

The role focuses on field-based quality oversight across all disciplines to ensure compliance with project specs and ITPs, and to review contractor documentation for alignment with quality requirements. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in GMP-regulated environments and a strong understanding of construction quality systems and regulatory expectations for pharmaceutical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in construction quality oversight on large capital projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of construction quality systems, inspection programs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with GMP construction environments and regulatory expectations for pharmaceutical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based construction quality oversight across all project disciplines to verify compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Verify contractor quality inspections and documentation are completed in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Identify construction non-conformances or deviations from approved design or specifications and escalation through the project governance structure for resolution.
• Review contractor inspection and testing documentation to confirm alignment with project quality requirements.
• Witness selected inspections or testing activities where required to confirm compliance with project quality expectations.
