Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to develop and implement promotional schedules, coordinating with Sales and E-Gaming Management to manage relationships within the assigned market.

The role requires daily travel across the territory, with occasional evenings and weekends to meet customer schedules and events. You will handle promotions, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of gaming industry and KPIs is a plus
• Strong business acumen and written communication to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Liaise with organizational leadership and management to align promotion goals
• Develop promotional and marketing strategies for campaigns
• Serve as main point of contact between the organization and Arrow International
• Develop promotions including deals to engage target markets
• Organize and strategize to ensure promotions are deployed effectively
• Manage budgets to ensure efficient promotional offerings
• Ensure compliance with legal restraints related to promotions
• Sustain organization satisfaction by communicating issues clearly and promptly
• Support new deployments with the sales team and customers
• Contribute to process improvements and implementations
• Identify risks and opportunities for deployments
• Manage timelines across multiple organizations
