Job summary

CACI is seeking an E-Discovery Senior Systems Analyst to support the DOJ's MEGA contract. You will consult with clients on task orders, scheduling, staffing levels, priorities and progress reporting, and you will plan, staff, schedule and develop cost estimates for work performed under task orders.

This role focuses on programmatic solutions to manage and present very large electronic data in the eDiscovery arena, including experience with Relativity, SQL/Power BI/Tableau; tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Technology Assisted Review (TAR) workflows and Relativity TA review.
• Experience analyzing attorneys' needs to design and implement system solutions.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and office automation networks.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control TAR projects in Relativity.
• Reports on contract and task order progress.
• Directs and supervises personnel assigned to perform on task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and that the technical design meets requirements.

• Works under configuration management plan.
• Performs and supervises the technical aspects of the tasks.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a E-Discovery Senior Systems Analyst to support of the DOJ's mission on the MEGA contract. In this role you will consult directly with clients regarding task orders, scheduling of work, personnel assignments, priorities and progress reporting; plans, staffs, schedules and develops cost estimates for work to be performed under task orders.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience.
• Other systems environments will require other specific sets of skills.
• Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead a technical team, and to give it direction, will be very important, as will the demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs.

Desired:

• Experience in a litigation support environment
• Experience supporting Technology Assisted Review in Relativity
• Relativity RCA is a plus
• Experience creating SQL / Power BI / Tableau reports is a plus.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
• Supervisory experience very strongly preferred.
