Job description

Position: Experienced e-Discovery Lawyer (Temporary, Project Basis)

We are seeking experienced e-Discovery lawyers with at least 2-5 years of experience to work on a temporary, project basis in our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and computer skills (must be Windows proficient), attention to detail, and be a team player. Responsibilities include analyzing documents in litigation and investigations, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, licensing, trademarks, and other projects. Prior document analysis or civil litigation experience is preferred. This is a remote opportunity at this time.

Candidates must have active membership with the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.

The role involves working closely with experienced lawyers who will provide mentorship and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. Candidates should be self-starters capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality client service are required. Relativity experience is preferred.

Hourly Rate: $30 / hour - $65 / hour

The base salary will be determined during the interview process and varies based on experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors.
