Job summary

CGS, also known as Contact Government Services, seeks an experienced Discovery IT System Administrator to support legal accounts and the company’s portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining discovery applications, system health, and security while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

You will help design, implement, and train users on e-discovery tools within a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting legal technology and e-discovery tools.
• Knowledge of EDRM and the discovery lifecycle.
• Ability to install, operate, and manage Windows servers and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure; install and maintain OS, apps, and management tools.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate fixes with vendors and developers.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies; participate in architecture discussions.
