Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Discovery IT System Administrator to support legal accounts and manage e-discovery tools within a complex portfolio. You will administer systems, ensure uptime, monitor performance, and collaborate with vendors to implement fixes.

The role emphasizes security, backups, architecture collaboration, and user training, with opportunities to grow through CGS learning programs and government-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery tools (Relativity, Veritas eDP) in cloud environments.
• Ability to install, operate, and manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and MS SQL Server 2019/2022.
• Knowledge of EDRM and legal technology concepts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of e-discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems, configure software and tools.
• Monitor application performance; work with vendors to fix bottlenecks.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Liaise with vendors on product issues for OGC.
• Develop and provide end-user training on applications.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on electronic discovery tools and apps.
• Document as-is architecture and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support discovery application integration and migration activities.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management with technical articles.
