Job summary

MAHLE Engine Components US is seeking an E-compressor Industrial Engineer to assist with production control, planning and optimization. You will develop analyses, support with SAP data, and help ensure efficient production through PFMEAs, routing updates, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Develop task analyses, cost analyses and proposals for new or improved processes.
Assist Production Part Approval Process for new products and changes.
Create and update PFMEAs and Control Plans for program launches.
Lead testing feasibility and recommend improved procedures.
Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and production data to improve efficiency.
Maintain standard operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.
Create SAP materials, bills of materials, and routings; assist with SAP issues.
Prepare reports and diagrams to illustrate workflow and machine utilization.
Monitor production equipment OEEs and capacity analyses.
Support cross-functional teams and participate in meetings and trainings.
